The Year of Covid and the Kids on my Block

The year of Covid was a year of rupture. Nothing felt normal, or good. But watching, and documenting, life on my block was what saved me. Hearing and seeing the kids playing everyday, looking out for each other, helped me feel that things would be okay. And for that I am so grateful.
